Service intervals depend on the type of watch and how frequently it is worn. As a general guide, mechanical watches benefit from a full service every 3 to 5 years, while quartz watches typically require a battery replacement every 18 months. During diagnosis, we'll recommend the most suitable servicing schedule for your specific timepiece.
Common signs include inaccurate timekeeping, reduced power reserve, moisture or condensation beneath the crystal, stiff crowns or pushers, and unusual sounds from the movement. Addressing these issues early can often prevent more extensive repairs later.
